How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Bonide Eight Yard & Garden RTS to use by measuring the treatment area's square footage. Find the square footage by measuring the treatment area's length and width in feet, then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). One quart of Bonide Eight Yard & Garden RTS will treat 5,000 sq. ft.
- Step 2: Make sure the knob Control lever is in the OFF position. Shake well and attach to the hose. Turn the water on at the faucet, aim the nozzle toward the lawn and turn the knob Control lever to ON to begin spraying. Spray the top and bottom of plant leaves to the point of dripping.
- Step 3: When finished turn the Control lever to OFF position. Turn the faucet to the OFF position. Discharge residual water pressure by turning ON and OFF again.
Where to Use
Bonide Eight Yard & Garden RTS can be used outdoors for residential lawns, trees, shrubs, roses, flowers, fruit trees, nut trees, and listed vegetables.
Also, apply as a spot or crack and-crevice treatment to outside surfaces of the building, including porches, screens, window frames, eaves, patios, garages, refuse dumps, and other areas where these pests congregate or have been seen.
When to Use
Apply when pest or disease activity appears in the late afternoon or evening when the temperature ranges from 50 to 75 degrees Fahrenheit when there is little wind.
Home lawns should be 3 inches or less in height at the time of application.
Safety Information
Bonide Eight Yard & Garden RTS is safe to use around children and pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling and applying this product.
Do not allow adults, children, or pets to enter the treated area until sprays have dried.
Special Considerations
To reduce annoyance from: Cluster Flies, Flying Moths, Gnats, House Flies, and Mosquitoes. Spray outside surfaces of screens, doors, window frames, or wherever these insects may enter the room. Also treat surfaces around light fixtures on porches, in garages, around shrubbery, and other places where these insects alight or congregate. Repeat as necessary.
