We no longer carry the Electric Coxreel Hose Reel. The interim product is the Hannay electric rewind reel with a 12V Motor. 

Electric Coxreel Hose Reel (1125-4-200E) is manufactured by Coxreel and is a electric motor-powered hose reel that is designed to be mounted on a professional pesticide spraying rig and is capable of holding different sized hoses depending on the hose thickness (300' of 3/8" ID or 200' of 1/2" ID). This reel model has a steel "A" frame base, a low profile outlet riser, and open drum slot design provides a non-crimping, flat smooth hose wrap. The O-rings are made of a Viton material which actually helps increase the life expectancy of the gaskets. The reel also comes with a brass swivel that is rated up to 3000 psi.

The Electric Hose reel is great for automatically winding up hose during and after an application without the strain of winding it up manually.

Tools Needed

To use the Coxreels Electric Hose Reel you will first need to mount it onto your spraying rig and wrap a hose around the reel. This will require some tools for assembly such as a wrench for tightening bolts. It is also recommended to purchase a push-button switch that shuts off when the button is released, a circuit breaker and a solenoid.

How to Use

• Step 1: Mount the Coxreel hose reel onto your spraying rig and make sure it is tightly secured. You will also need to wire the electric motor according to the product manual.
• Step 2: Wrap your hose and spray gun around the Coxreels Manual Hose Reel, making sure to follow the instruction manual for details on how to properly set it up.
• Step 3: Flip the switch or use a push-button switch to make the reel begin unwinding or winding up the hose. Release the button to stop the winding when you desire.

Use the Coxreels Electric Hose Reel as part of a professional pesticide skid sprayer set up. The reel comes in handy when assigned large volume spraying applications on various sites that need treatment.

When to Use
