Bifenture EC Agricultural Insecticide, manufactured by United Phosphorous, is a professional agricultural insecticide and miticide that provides outstanding control against various insects in multiple crops.

This second-generation pyrethroid product gives agricultural growers excellent control of larvae and foliar control of adult pests such as aphids, flea beetles, and corn earworms.

Bifenture EC Agricultural Insecticide maximizes crop yield potential with contact and long-term residual activity of pests for up to 30 days.

Tools Needed

To apply Bifenture EC Agricultural Insecticide, you will need to use a handheld pump sprayer, backpack sprayer, hose-end sprayer, spray rig, aerial application equipment, or chemigation system.

How to Use

  • Step 1: Determine how much Bifenture EC Agricultural Insecticide to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure the length and width of the treatment area in feet then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For acreage, take the square footage and divide it by one acre (square footage / 43,560 sq. ft. = acres). For listed fruiting vegetables, use 6.4 fl. oz. of Bifenture EC Agricultural Insecticide in 10 gallons of water per acre. Refer the label for specific application rates and restrictions.
  • Step 2: Fill the spray tank with half the amount of water, add measured amount of Bifenture EC Agricultural Insecticide, then pour in the remaining half of water. Close the spray tank lid and shake until solution is well-mixed.
  • Step 3: Pre- and post- application irrigation may also aid in uniform coverage. Make uniform applications to treatment areas with Bifenture EC Agricultural Insecticide. Reapply as instructed on the label for the specific crop you are treating.
