B&G VT-613 Spacer

The VT-613 Spacer is manufactured by B&G Equipment and it is a replacement part for the Versatool termite unit. The Spacer is part of the trigger assembly for the Versatool. The spacer should be replaced when it becomes physically damaged, your Versatool is leaking, or the trigger will not depress normally.

Tools Needed

To replace the Spacer, you will need gloves and 5/32 hex wrench or an adjustable wrench.

How to Use

• Step 1: Before disassembly, you will need to flush out any chemicals from the supply hose that could be left in the unit. Then relieve pressure in the hose by depressing the trigger. Flush out the unit by simply adding clean water and triple rinse. Once the unit is clean, find a clean working space preferably a table to dismantle the unit due to the many small parts
• Step 2:  Use a 5/32 wrench or an adjustable wrench to remove the hex nuts holding the spacer. Then replace with the new spacer and tighten all of the hex nuts and bolts.
• Step 3: Test out the unit by adding clean water to the unit and then press the trigger to ensure it is working properly.
