Tools Needed

This product can be applied using sprayers and misters, including handheld compressed air sprayers, backpack mist blowers, foggers, and power sprayers.

How to Use

• Step 1: Determine how much Barricor Essential Mosquito Control to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. Find the square footage by measuring the treatment area's length and width in feet, then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For low-pressure infestations, apply 2 fl. oz. of Barricor Essential Mosquito Control per 1 gallon of water per 1,000 sq. ft. For severe infestations, use 4 fl. oz. of product per 1 gallon of water per 1,000 sq. ft. 
• Step 2: Dilute the product with water. Start by filling the tank with half the amount of water and add the proper amount of product. Next, pour in the remaining half of the water and shake until well mixed. 
• Step 3: Directly spray mosquitoes or sites where they are known to harbor. Reapply every 21 days or as needed.

Where to Use

Apply around buildings, boat houses, docks, and similar structures. Apply to areas where mosquitoes may rest, including but not limited to shrubs, bushes, trees, wood piles, vegetation around bodies of water, patios, porches, and shaded and moist areas. Apply deep into heavy vegetation to reach resting/harboring mosquitoes.

Do not use product in conduits, junction boxes, or other electrical equipment because of possible shock hazard.

Special Considerations

Product has not shown phytotoxicity in testing when used as directed, but all plant types have not been tested, so if concerned about particular plant sensitivity, test treat a small area first and wait 48 hours to determine if burning occurs
