B&G VT-140 Valve Trigger Kit

The B&G VT-140 Valve Trigger Kit is a bundle of replacement parts manufactured by B&G Equipment Company and is specifically sold for use on B&G sprayers that feature the Extenda Ban Valve. The kit includes the the Valve trigger itself, screw and screw housing so you can securely install the trigger on the valve assembly.

Tools Needed

To use this part, you will need the appropriate B&G Sprayer to replace the part on and possibly a pair of pliers or a crescent wrench if the parts are tightly secured.

How to Use

• Step 1: Detach the Valve and Extension from the hose. Squeeze the Trigger to drain all liquid from the Valve. You can refer to the repair manual instructions for details on how to specifically do this.
• Step 2:After taking apart the assembly, remove the old Valve trigger and replace with the new Valve trigger by inserting it into the space between the Lock nut and adjustment screw. Insert and tighten the trigger screw to secure.
• Step 3: Put your B&G Sprayer back together and test it out to ensure it is working properly.
