B&G Splash Guard - VT-630

The B&G Splash Guard (VT-630) is made by B&G Equipment and it is used in the pipe set Assembly of the B&G Robco Termite Tool. The B&G Splash Guard is to be instlalled on the QCG or Quick-Change Gun and aids in minimizing liquid splashback while injecting termiticide into voids.
Tools Needed
To install the B&G Splash Guard you will need gloves and an adjustable wrench.
How to Use
- Step 1: Before starting, it is important to flush out any chemicals that could be left in the unit. To flush out the unit, simply add clean water and triple rinse. Once the unit is clean, you will need a clean working area preferably a table to dismantle the unit due to the many small parts.
- Step 2: Install the quick-change adapter to the end of the Quick-Change gun and then screw on the Rod followed by the new Splash guard and injection tip.
- Step 3: Reassemble the Robco Termite Tool, and then test out the part by adding water to the unit and spraying to ensure there are no leaks.
Where to Use

The B&G Splash Guard is used in the B&G Robco Termite Tool and part of the pipe set that can be attached to the Quick-Change Gun. The Robco Termite Tool is used primarily for sub slab injections such as on a driveway.
When to Use
The B&G Splash Guard will need to be replaced when it becomes damaged or worn.
