B&G Replacement Valve Seat 34510
B&G Replacement Valve Seat 34510
The B&G Replacement Valve Seat is manufactured by B&G Equipment Company and is a replacement part designed specifically for the QCG and SRG gun termite application tools. The valve seat serves as a gasket at the tip of the gun. If your QCG or SRG gun is leaking from the tip, you may need to replace the valve seat in order to stop the leaking.
Tools Needed
To use the B&G Replacement Valve Seat, you will need a QCG or SRG gun termite tool and an adjustable crescent wrench.
How to Use
- Step 1: Unscrew the Nosepiece adapter from your QCG or SRG gun and remove the black gasket (valve seat.) Examine it for any wear and tear. If it is worn, replace with the new Replacement Valve Seat.
- Step 2: Re-assemble the gun and test the product out to make sure there is no more leakage.
Where to Use
The B&G Replacement Valve Seat is meant to be used only for replacement QCG and SRG termite tool guns.
When to Use
Replace the valve seat of your QCG or SRG gun when the gun is leaking from the tip, around the junction of the nosepiece and the body of the gun.
Safety Information
Be sure to wear gloves when handling sprayer parts, as there may be residue from chemicals or buildup on the sprayer parts. Be sure to properly drain and clean the sprayer parts before performing maintenance. Keep the parts out of reach of pets and children.
Special Considerations
Along with the Valve seat, check to see if any other small parts on the termite tool need replacing such as the O-ring or Viton gasket. Set a maintenance schedule for your termite tool gun and change out all the parts in one shot to save time, so your termite tool is ready to use without much delay.
