The B&G P-269A Lock Washer is manufactured by B&G Equipment Company and is an important part of the B&G sprayer pump assembly. This part needs to be replaced in the pump assembly which changing out the plunger nut.
Tools Needed
To use the B&G Lock Washer, you will need a B&G Sprayer and an adjustable crescent wrench to help you in taking the sprayer pump assembly apart
How to Use
- Step 1: Take the Pump Assembly out of the tank.
- Step 2: Disassemble the Pump assembly by removing the handle, Pump Lock Spring, pump cap, plunger, polypropylene cup, and the cup spreader plate. You will then see the plunger nut and the lock washer. Remove the old lock washer and replace it with the new washer.
- Step 3: Reassemble the pump assembly and put it back in the tank then test the product out to make sure that the tank is pressurizing properly.
Where to Use
The B&G Lock Washer is used for the B&G stainless steel pump sprayer. It connects between the plunger nut and cup spreader plate inside the pump assembly.
When to Use
Use the B&G lock washer to repair your B&G sprayer when your sprayer pump is not pressurizing air properly and needs a replacement of pump assembly parts like the plunger nut.
