The B&G GT-100 Gasket Kit is manufactured by B&G Equipment and is specifically sold for use to repair B&G stainless steel sprayers that have XR Valves. B&G Sprayers are built to last for years but their parts may wear and tear over time and need replacing. This kit conveniently has all the common parts needed to keep your sprayer well-maintained and performing at a high level.

The Kit specifically contains the following:

(1 P-268) Tank gasket
(NP-270) Spreader plate
(NP-277) Plastic plunger cup
(P-276) Lock spring
(D-51-P) Washer (hose coupling)
(4817) Valve stem sub-assembly
(4932) Brass guide

(VS-156) Valve spring

Tools Needed

To use this kit, you will need the appropriate B&G Sprayer with XR Valve to replace the part on and possibly a pair of pliers or a crescent wrench to loosen or tightly secure the parts.

How to Use

Step 1: Take the spray assembly for the XR Valve apart. You can refer to the repair manual instructions for details on how to specifically do this.
Step 2: After taking apart the assembly for the XR Gun, remove the old gaskets and replace with the new replacement parts from the kit.
Step 3: Reassembly the XR Valve sprayer and test it out to ensure it is working properly.

Where to Use

The B&G GT-100 Gasket Kit is meant to be used only for replacement on a B&G Sprayers with the XR Valve feature.

When to Use

Use the B&G GT-100 Gasket Kit when your B&G Sprayer has been damaged or you are experiencing a dip in spray pressure quality. How often this parts need changing depends on how often you use the sprayer. If it is heavily used, the part wears and tears quicker. Typically at minimum, we suggest changing out all the parts contained in the kit on your sprayer annually.

Safety Information

Be sure to wear gloves when handling the B&G sprayer parts, as there may be residue from chemicals or buildup on the sprayer parts. Be sure to properly drain and clean the sprayer parts before performing maintenance. Keep the parts out of reach of pets and children as they may swallow them.

Special Considerations

This kit is designed to only repair sprayers with the XR Valve. The parts will not fit for other B&G Spray types.
