The B&G 34507 O-Ring Back Up for ROBCO Gun is a replacement part manufactured by B&G Equipment Company and is specifically sold for use as a replacement part for The B&G ROBCO QCG or Quick Change Gun. The QCG and SRG guns used to apply termiticide and injecting it into the soil around the perimeter of structures and beneath concrete slab. QCG parts experience wear and tear over time and should be replaced periodically, so having a spare O-Ring can come in handy when performing routine part replacements.

Tools Needed

To use the B&G 34507 O-Ring Back Up, you will need the appropriate B&G ROBCO QCG or SRG Termite Tool to replace the part on and possibly a pair of pliers or a crescent wrench if the parts are tightly secured.

How to Use

• Step 1: Remove the nosepiece adapter and inspect the Shutoff valve and the Valve seat gasket. Observe the condition of all the parts such as the gland nut, Viton Gasket, and O-ring as well as the Pivot Nut.
• Step 2: Use a wrench to remove the old O-Ring. You can refer to the repair manual instructions for details on how to specifically do this. After taking the old O-Ring off, replace with the new B&G 34507 O-Ring Back Up and tightly secure it.
• Step 3: Put your QCG Gun back together and test it out to ensure it is working properly.

The B&G 34507 O-Ring Back Up is meant to be used only for replacement on a B&G ROBCO QCG and SRG Guns.

When to Use

Replace the B&G 34507 O-Ring Back Up when it has been damaged or you are experiencing a dip in spray pressure quality or a leak from the QCG or SRG Gun. How often this part is changed depends on how often you use the sprayer. If it is heavily used, the part wears and tears quicker. Typically at minimum, we suggest changing it out annually.
