B&G 1152-A Hand Duster

The B&G 1152-A Hand Duster, manufactured by B&G, is a large-sized duster ideal for applying insecticide dust or granules to cracks, crevices, and other areas where targeted insects are located.

This professional-grade duster holds 1.5 lbs. of insecticidal dust or 2 quarts of granular, ensuring one swift application. It also features a 3.5" opening for fast and easy filling. As the dust is discharged from the duster, it is electrostatically charged, so it readily stays where you apply it despite being a vertical or upside-down surface.

B&G 1152-A Hand Duster comes ready to use and includes multiple extensions, such as a 12" extension tube with a 90-degree set-off at the end, allowing it to treat large-scale or hard-to-reach areas.

Tools Needed

The B&G 1152-A Hand Duster does not require tools to operate. All you need to add is a pesticide of your choice to the duster.

How to Use

• Step 1: Before starting, wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) to handle pesticides or the B&G 1152-A Hand Duster. Be sure the plunger moves back and forth smoothly; if not, place a small amount of graphite powder into the handle in the airport. Become familiar with the position of the siphon tube to ensure proper regulation of the dust applied.
• Step 2: To fill, unscrew the 2-quart bottle from the end of the Hand Dust-R and Long-Reach Dust-R and add dust or granules to the bottle (3/4 full).
• Step 3: Attach one of the included tips supplied with the B&G 1152-A Hand Duster to apply dust, but be aware the small tips and extensions may not allow the passage of granules. The application tips and extensions for the Mini Dust-R and the other models are stored inside the plunger tube. Remove the end cap of the plunger tube to access the tips.

The volume of dust or granules applied can be adjusted by rotating the position of the siphon tube. The siphon tube at the top delivers the least amount of dust or granules with each stroke of the plunger. The siphon tube at the bottom provides the most dust or small granules. Hand and Long-Reach Dust-R: The upper siphon tube in the bottle can be positioned up or down to change output.
