Tools Needed

To use Avelyo Fungicide, you will need to use a shielded sprayer, ground boom equipment, or a spray rig for large volume applications. You may also apply this product by aircraft. We recommend making applications with a spray rig to treat areas as large as an acre.

How to Use

  • Step 1: Water plants the night prior to a drench application. Determine how much Avelyo Fungicide to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure the length and width of the treatment area in feet then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For acreage, take the square footage and divide it by one acre (square footage / 43,560 sq. ft. = acres). Depending on the disease, apply 2 to 10 fl. oz. of Avelyo Fungicide per 100 gallons of water. For drench applications, use 3 fl. oz. of product per 100 gallons of water. Do not apply more than a maximum of 30 fl. oz. of product per crop growing cycle (for indoor grown ornamentals) or per year (for outdoor grown ornamentals).
  • Step 2: Fill your sprayer with half the amount of water, add measured amount of Avelyo Fungicide, and pour in remaining half of water. Stir contents or shake contents inside spray tank until solution is dissolved.
  • Step 3: Spray the Avelyo Fungicide mixture over the top of plant leaves, root zone, crown, and base of the plant and surrounding growth media until wet, but not to the point of runoff. Avoid watering treated areas for several hours until dry.
