Armadillo Scram is manufactured by Epic, makers of America's finest natural granular repellents. Armadillo Scram has a dual-action formula designed to control and prevent armadillos from trespassing upon lands and damaging property. The product is all-natural, containing a unique blend of oils in a granular formulation that will repel armadillos if they get a whiff of the granule up close or taste the granule.

Tools Needed

To use Armadillo Scram you do not need any tools as it comes with a scoop spoon or you can shake the granules out of the container by hand. As an alternative option, you can use a hand or rotary spreader to spread the granules in the area you wish to treat.

How to Use

• Step 1: Inspect and observe the areas where armadillos have been active then determine how much Armadillo you will need by calculating the square footage of the area you wish to treat. To do this, measure (in feet) and multiply the area length times the width (length x width = square footage). 1 pound of Armadillo Scram can cover 625 square feet. So for example, if you measured an area of 1250 sq. ft. you would need to spread 2 pounds of granules.
• Step 2: Using a rotary spreader, sprinkle the granules as a protective band around the perimeter of your property and over areas where armadillos have been active. Apply at least 30 ft beyond and around the infested area. Afterward, water the granules you've spread for five minutes.
• Step 3: Apply a second spread of granules 14 days later over the same areas. The first application will drive them out of affected areas and the second application will ensure they do not return for up to 45 days.
• Step 4: Reapply as needed after 30 to 45 days to achieve complete control.

Where to Use

Armadillo Scram can be used on a wide variety of landscapes. Use anywhere that you are encountering pocket gophers (residential lawns, commercial landscapes, farms, golf courses, parks, playgrounds, athletic fields etc.)

When to Use

Use Armadillo Scram when you encounter an armadillo on your property via seeing an armadillo or discovering their mounds and tunnels.
