Arborjet PALM-jet Mg, manufactured by Arborjet, is a liquid micronutrient solution that gives consistent nutrients to established palms and hardwood trees.

This liquid tree fertilizer provides minerals such as potassium and magnesium, which is an essential of chlorophyll, helping trees and palms take in more nutrients to promote green foliage and treat symptoms of frizzle top.

Aborjet PALM-jet Mg concentrated formulation allows for low application rates for quick and effective application throughout the plants growing season.

Aborjet PALM-jet Mg may be applied with Arborjet Tree Injection Systems or other injection devices.

How to Use

• Step 1: Measure canopy spread then estimate height of clear trunk to determine the dose to apply in palms. Example: in palms with 12-24’ of spread and 20-39’ height (medium sized class), apply 10 mls Aborjet PALM-jet Mg to non-native palms and Phoenix species, and 10-20 mls of product in native palm species. Diameter at Breast Height is used for applications in hardwood trees, including Live Oak trees. If measuring circumference, divide by 3.14 to determine DBH. For palm trees, use 5-10 mLs of Aborjet PALM-jet Mg with 1 to 3 volumes of water on trees with 6-12' canopy spread and 5-19' trunk height. Palm trees that are 12-24' in canopy spread and 20-39' in trunk height use 10-20 mLs of product with 1-3 volumes of water. Palm trees that are 24-48' in canopy spread and 40-100' in trunk height use 20-30 mLS of product with 1 to 3 volumes of water. Hardwood trees that measure 3-6" DBH use 24 mLs of product in 1 to 3 volumes of water.
• Step 2: In a separate container, pour half the amount of water and add measured amount of Aborjet PALM-jet Mg. Then, pour remaining half of water in and mix until solution is well-mixed. Add mixed solution to injection equipment as instructed on its product manual.
• Step 3: Water trees first if drought stressed to improve uptake of Aborjet PALM-jet Mg. Inject the mixed product solution at the base of the tree. Generally, only one injection site is needed. Do not inject palms more than three times annually.

Where to Use

Use Aborjet PALM-jet Mg for palm and landscape tree injections only.

Not recommended for newly planted trees.

When to Use

Apply Aborjet PALM-jet Mg to established palms and hardwood trees.

Do not inject trees during temperature extremes (<40F or >90F) or when those conditions are expected within the next 48 hours.

Safety Information

Aborjet PALM-jet Mg is safe to use around children and pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when mixing and applying this product.

Do not allow children or pets to enter treated areas until spray has completely dried.

Special Considerations

In summer, always use the lowest dose of Aborjet PALM-jet Mg.

Do not inject trees within two weeks of any other spray or soil chemical treatment
