Aquastrike Aquatic Herbicide
Aquastrike Aquatic Herbicide
Aquastrike Aquatic Herbicide is a broad-spectrum aquatic herbicide that offers fast control over many submersed aquatic plants.
Aquastrike Aquatic Herbicide, manufactured by United Phosphorous, is a convenient concentrate herbicide that quickly kills submersed nuisance and exotic aquatic foliage.
This contact herbicide is particularly useful for spot and strip treatments in water resulting in clearer shore lines and faster usage of boat lanes.
Aquastrike Aquatic Herbicide readily controls unwanted aquatic plants from growing with its pre-mixed formulation, thus saving time and resources in aquatic weed control.
Tools Needed
To apply Aquastrike Aquatic Herbicide, you will need a backpack sprayer or spray rig.
How to Use
- Step 1: Measure the size and depth of body of water to determine how much Aquastrike Aquatic Herbicide you will need. To determine acre-feet volume, measure the length, width, and depth of the waterbody, and then divide by 43,560 (length x width x depth / 43,560 = acre-feet). Depending on the weed, use 4.5-6.5 quarts of Aquastrike Aquatic Herbicide per acre ft of listed water.
- Step 2: Adjust the sprayer to deliver larger spray droplets in order to reach foliage in water you wish to control. Treat only 1/3 to 1/2 of the water body area at one time and wait 14 days between treatments.
Where to Use
Apply Aquastrike Aquatic Herbicide to lakes, ponds, and other quiescent water bodies.
Do not apply this product to brackish or saltwaters.
