Animal Stopper Granular Repellent
Animal Stopper Granular Repellent
Animal Stopper Granular Repellent, manufactured by Messinas, is a pleasant smelling animal repellent functioning as a perimeter treatment against low-leveling foraging, entry and nesting activities by small animals such as skunks and armadillos.
This organic formula contains no harsh chemicals or blood, bone or meat meal, but uses plant-derived oils to deter small garden animals without harm and plant damages, and no offensive odors.
Animal Stopper Granular Repellent is an effective and ready to use biodegradable animal repellent that continues to repel pests for up to 30 days, despite rain, weather, and watering.
Tools Needed
Animal Stopper Granular Repellent can be applied either directly from the product container, or with a garden spreader like a handheld spreader or push spreader.
How to Use
- Step 1: Before you apply Animal Stopper Granular Repellent determine areas where skunks, rabbits, gophers, or other small listed animals are likely to invade and infest. Look for openings in fences, animal burrows or tunnels, and areas shaded by ornamental plants. Shake Animal Stopper Granular Repellent container well before using.
- Step 2: Pour the Animal Stopper Granular Repellent contents into an empty garden spreader (hand held or push). Make sure the spreader is clean before pouring the product in. When using the 2-and-a-half-pound container of Animal Stopper, just flip the tab open and shake the product over the areas you wish to treat.
- Step 3: Apply Animal Stopper Granular Repellent liberally to dens, tunnels, entries, and around plants that need protection. When using near edible crops, apply a perimeter application. Repeat applications as needed, usually every 30 days.
Where to Use
Apply Animal Stopper Granular Repellent to labeled animal dens, tunnels, other entry points used by the pest, and around garden plants and flower beds. It may also be used on dormant fruit and nut trees.
This product may be used near edible crops, but only as a perimeter application.
When to Use
Animal Stopper Granular Repellent should be applied when animals are actively foraging or nesting near desired plants. This product can also be applied at the start of their activities, which is usually in the fall or spring.
