Amarillo Spray Adhesive, manufactured by Luxembourg- Pamol, is a ready to use water-based product that eliminates flies and other flying insects in orchards, greenhouses, and animal containment areas. Its multi-purpose function allows it to be applied through spraying, brushing, or rolling.
This spray adhesive maintains its stickiness against rainfall, irrigation, and greenhouse conditions for up to 3 months. Due to its non-toxic formulation this product can be safely applied indoors around dairy, livestock areas, and poultry operations. However, Amarillo Spray Adhesive should be kept out of reach from animals.
Tools Needed
Amarillo Spray Adhesive may be applied through a handheld pump sprayer. You will need personal protective equipment (PPE) such as chemical resistant gloves, dust mask, and googles before application.
How to Use
- Step 1: Clean surfaces of treatment area to remove dust, dirt, grease, and oil. Dry the area prior to application to provide maximum adhesion.
- Step 2: Shake the container well before use. Do not add water or dilute and mix with any other product. For general applications, use 0.25 to 0.33 oz. of Amarillo Spray Adhesive per sq. ft. If sprayed with a handheld pump sprayer, use a jet nozzle. Do not spray above shoulder height.
- Step 3: Spray one side of the sheet to be used and wait for several minutes to dry before handling with a chemical resistant glove. For increased stickiness, you may reapply another layer of Amarillo Spray Adhesive over the previous layer at any time.

When to Use
Use Amarillo Spray Adhesive when fly activity begins or flies have been witnessed. Its recommended to apply prior to rainfall and at the beginning of spring and summer as this is when fly activity is usually the highest.
