Agrisel Chlorosel Pro 720 Fungicide, manufactured by Agrisel, is a broad-spectrum, preventative and curative fungicide containing chlorothalonil, a proven workhorse in disease management within 100 different types of agricultural crops and professionally-managed turf.

Because it’s a contact fungicide, Agrisel Chlorosel Pro 720 Fungicide forms a durable protective film over the plant surface that resists wash-off, meaning your application doesn’t go to waste after rain or irrigation. It features a rainfast formula with AGRIFACT surfactant technology for superior wetting, sticking, and long-lasting disease control in agricultural and turf settings.

Agrisel Chlorosel Pro 720 Fungicide offers excellent protection against more than 100 plant diseases and creates a barrier on the surface of leaves, stems, and grass blades, blocking pathogens from penetrating the plant tissue. After application, fungi are killed on contact, and the protective layer remains for several days.

Tools Needed

A backpack sprayer, handheld pump sprayer, spray rig, chemigation system, or aircraft equipment will be needed.

How to Use

  • Step 1: Determine how much Agrisel Chlorosel Pro 720 Fungicide to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. Find the square footage by measuring the treatment area's length and width in feet, then multiplying them together (length X width = square footage). For acreage, take the square footage and divide it by one acre (square footage / 43,560 sq. ft. = acres). For general applications on turfgrass, use 5 1/2 fl. oz. of Agrisel Chlorosel Pro 720 Fungicide per 1 gallon of water per 1,000 sq. ft. To treat ornamental plants, apply 1 3/8 pints of product per 100 gallons of water. Refer to the product label for specific application rates and restrictions.
  • Step 2: Fill your sprayer halfway with water. Add the recommended rate of product to the tank. Finish filling with water while agitating continuously until the solution is well-mixed.
  • Step 3: Spray evenly over foliage, turf, or soil depending on the treatment method and site. Do not spray to the point of runoff. Do not mow or irrigate after treatment until spray deposit on turfgrass is thoroughly dry. Repeat applications at intervals as specified by your treatment area on the label.

Where to Use

Agrisel Chlorosel Pro 720 Fungicide can be used for listed field crops, tree crops, orchard crops, ornamental plants, and turfgrasses.

Do not use on home lawns and turf sites associated with apartment buildings, daycare centers, playgrounds, playfields, recreational park athletic fields, athletic fields located on or next to schools (i.e., elementary, middle and high schools), campgrounds, churches, and theme parks.

When to Use

Begin applications during the early bloom stage, before flowering, or when disease first threatens the foliage.

Avoid applications a set amount of days depending on your crop. It would be best to refer to the label for these specifics as each crop will vary.
