The Actisol fluid cap is manufactured by Actisol and is a replacement fluid cap for the Actisol new style wand assembly of the Actisol Portable Aerosol System. This stainless steel fluid cap allows the Actisol Compact ULV Machine to not lose fluid due to leaks or other issues when operating the wand. Over time, this product can wear and tear due to overuse and will need to be replaced. Replace the Fluid cap to stop leaks and get your Actisol system working normally again.

To use the Actisol Fluid Cap, you will need the Actisol Compact Portable Aerosol Unit

How To Use

• Step 1: After unloading the Actisol Compact Unit, disconnect the coil hose to the wand.
• Step 2: Remove the old Fluid cap from the want by loosening the O ring and then twisting off the fluid cap.
• Step 3: Replace with the new fluid cap and tighten with the O-ring.
• Step 4: Resassemble the wand to the Actisol unit and then test to ensure there are no leaks.

Where To Use

The Actisol Fluid Cap is designed to keep fluid from leaking from the wand during application. It is connected to the crack and crevice tip and is held in place by the Fluid Cap O-ring.

When To Use

Replace the Fluid Cap when your wand is leaking fluid during application. 

Safety Information

The Actisol Fluid Cap is easy to install when done so according to manual directions. Please make installations when the unit is powered off.

To properly install the fluid cap you will need the O-ring for the fluid cap which is sold separately.
