The Gardner EL-07 Replacement Bulb is a 20 watt UV bulb for the GT-220 fly light trap and can also fit other commercial grade insect lights. It is also created by Gardner one of the oldest and most trusted flying insect light traps company in the market so you can expect quality results and outstanding performance. The bulb is shatterproof, 24 inches long and the UV light is irresistible to flying insects and as they hover near and inside the traps, they eventually fall or get stuck to the traps found in this type of equipment. This replacement bulb is long lasting and easy extremely easy to replace on a GT-220 Fly Light trap or similar type model.

There are no tools needed to install the Gardner EL-07 replacement bulb into a fly light.

How to Use

• Step 1: Before replacing the bulb make sure the fly or insect light trap is disconnected to avoid electrical mishaps. Open the fly light that is the proper fit for the bulb such as the GT-220 Fly Light Trap. After unplugging or turning off your fly or insect light trap, remove the protective metal barrier and remove the light bulb (or light bulbs) in need of replacement. The GT-220 cover acts as a tray when you open it for maintenance service.
• Step 2: Twist off and remove the old light bulb.
• Step 3: Replace with the new bulb and close the cover. Insert the light bulb making sure it clicks into place and you should be good.

Where to Use

You can use this product inside or outside in unison with any fly or insect light trap that calls for 20 Watt 24 inch shatterproof UV light bulbs. It is the designated light bulb replacement for the Gardner GT-220 Aluminum Commercial Light trap but should work with other light traps that fit those specifications.

When to Use

Use the EL-07 replacement bulb when your compatible fly light trap bulbs have gone out and need to be replaced. Typically you should replace your insect light traps every 6-8 months for maximum efficiency. That being said a good rule of thumb is to replace insect light traps at the beginning of the season when flying insects invade your home, which typically tends to be at the beginning of spring.
