No additional tools are needed. 

How to Use

• Step 1: Identify the plants most at risk from snails and slugs or where have you seen activity. 
• Step 2: Flip the cap open and apply the product through the nozzle. Squeeze a continuous line of gel around the area you want to protect. For potted plants, apply the gel in a circle around the rim. Do not apply directly to foliage. 
• Step 3: Check the barrier regularly. If pest activity continues, reapply after 2 weeks. 

Where to Use

Apply directly onto the soil or any hard surface especially around planters, pots, tubs and specific target plants.

Wilco Snail & Slug Gel can also be used on vertical surfaces to protect entrances to external doorways, hanging baskets, and other similar locations.

When to Use

Whenever snails and slugs are active, and when the barrier needs to be reapplied.

Use this product at the end of the day, when the weather is dry (snails and slugs are not in the garden if the weather is dry).
