The Vector Classic Fly Light, manufactured by BASF, is a high-quality light trap designed to lure flying insects. It uses 2 UV 15-watt lights to attract insects to a glue board behind the light.
The 110 to 120-volt light is made with durable aluminum and an electric ballast, which is built to last. It is also straightforward to install and maintain.
Vector Classic Fly Light provides maximum control of flies and can easily be installed as a horizontal wall mount, corner mount, or countertop mount. Measures 21.4" by 6.5" by 12".
Tools Needed
The Vector Classic Fly Light does not require any tools when used or when changing out the light bulbs, which makes it extra convenient.
This equipment utilizes a standard 110-120 V 50/60 Hz electrical supply cord with a grounding plug. The supply must be properly grounded. For safe operation, it is recommended that the electrical outlet be fused at 3 A.
On no account are UV-B or UV-C bulbs used.
How to Use
- Step 1: Install the Vector Classic Fly Light in an area where you wish to address flies or flying insects and plug it into an electrical outlet. The Vector Classic Fly Light can be installed vertically, horizontally in corners, or free-standing.
- Step 2: Turn on the fly light. The attractive glowing UV light will lure the flies to the trap.
- Step 3: Dispose of the glue boards periodically when they are filled with flies and replace them with fresh new ones.

The Vector Classic Fly Light should be used to control flies in food production sites, bakeries, commercial kitchens, supermarkets, hotels, and restaurants.
When to Use
Use this fly light when you encounter flies in food prep and waste disposal areas, which can happen practically at any time of the year.
