Tip-Trap
Tip-Trap
The Tip-Trap by Kness Manufacturing is a live catch mousetrap which can be used to address rodent problems in and around your home or commercial building. It has a simple design which makes it easy to input the bait, set it up and release the captured rodent. If you are someone who wants a rodent gone in a humane and sanitary way, this is a cheap and effective option to take.
Tools Needed
The Tip Trap comes ready to use right out of the box and requires no tools for set up.
How to Use
- Step 1: Use a palatable bait to place on the inside of a removable end cap such as peanut butter.
- Step 2: Place the trap near a wall with the trap door open.
- Step 3: When a mouse enters the Tip-Trap to get to the bait the mouse will cause the unit to tip and the door will shut, trapping the mouse inside.
- Step 4: You can then easily release the rodent in a desired area but pulling open the closed trap door and tip the unit so the mouse slides out.
Where to Use
The Tip-Trap is a versatile trap that can be used practically anywhere indoors or outdoors. Place it flush along a wall as it is a common area where mice travel.
When to Use
Use the Tip-Trap when you have a mouse trespassing your home or building and would like to capture them alive and release them in a neat and humane way.
Safety Information
The Tip-Trap is safe to use around children and pets and does not need the use of any harmful chemicals or poisonous baits.
Special Considerations
The Trap is only meant for small mice. It will not be able to capture a large rat.
