The Anderson's Turf Fertilizer 10-20-20, manufactured by the Andersons, is a dependable slow-release granule fertilizer that provides golf courses and sports fields with the right balance of nutrients to thrive, resist stress, and maintain that lush green appearance everyone loves.

Its analysis 10% Nitrogen, 20% Phosphorus, and 20% Potassium makes it a strong starter and stress-management fertilizer. This formulation is ideal for situations where turfgrass establishment, recovery, or stress tolerance is the main goal. The high phosphorus and potassium levels promote deep root growth and strong plant structure, while MUtech nitrogen ensures consistent feeding without burn or surges.

The Anderson's Turf Fertilizer 10-20-20 is a remarkable professional granular fertilizer that builds resilient, healthy, and durable cool-seasoned and warm-seasoned turf. On top of that, it’s manufactured with SGN 100 granules, meaning the particle size is extremely fine, perfect for greens, tees, and other low-mow turf areas where uniform coverage is crucial.

Tools Needed

You will need a push spreader or a broadcast spreader.

How to Use

  • Step 1: Determine how much The Anderson's Turf Fertilizer 10-20-20 to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. Find the square footage by measuring the treatment area's length and width in feet, then multiplying them together (length X width = square footage). For low application, apply 3.75 pounds of The Anderson's Turf Fertilizer 10-20-20 per 1,000 sq. ft. For medium applications, use 5.00 pounds of product per 1,000 sq. ft. A general application for cool-seasoned and warm-seasoned turf will use 5.00 lbs. of product per 1,000 sq. ft. For cool-seasoned grasses, apply 3.75 lbs. of product per 1,000 sq. ft. when temperatures exceed 85 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Step 2: Adjust the spreader to the proper setting then load the proper amount of product.
  • Step 3: Broadcast the granules evenly across the turf surface. Avoid overlapping passes to prevent striping or excessive buildup in certain areas. Water in after application with a minimum of 0.2 inches to help move particles into the turf canopy.
