Solo Piston Rod and Collar Kit by Solo is designed to replace or repair the diaphragm pump on a Solo Sprayer so it returns back to peak performance. This kit includes connecting rod with and without stud, lever, piston and collar viton. Fits Solo; Item Nos. 473P, 425 and 435. If your Solo sprayer has seen a dip in quality, this kit will help you get your Solo sprayer up and running again.

Tools Needed

There will be tools necessary to install the Solo Piston Rod and Collar Kit onto a Solo Sprayer. Find the details in the instruction manual which comes with the kit.

How to Use

  • Step 1: Following the instruction manual, remove the old Solo Rod and Collar
  • Step 2: Replace with the new rod and collar using the parts in the Solo Piston Rod and Collar Kit.
