ProCare Bifen 7.9 Insecticide
ProCare Bifen 7.9 Insecticide is a professional-grade insecticide that improves control over 75 types of pests in and around residential, commercial, industrial, and other settings.
ProCare Bifen 7.9 Insecticide, manufactured by Gro Tec, is an excellent synthetic pyrethroid insecticide that delivers maximum control over present pest infestations and future activities with its long-term residual.
This emulsifiable concentrate enables a more seamless pest control approach over 75 tough pest species, such as bed bugs, fleas, ants, and more, with the active ingredient Bifenthrin. Bifenthrin attacks the nervous system of insects, paralyzing them and leading to their death.
ProCare Bifen 7.9 Insecticide achieves fast pest control of troublesome pests in a broad range of settings like lawns, ornamentals, and sensitive indoor sites. Easy to mix and goes a long way with a small of product making it an economical solution.
Tools Needed
It can be applied with a hose-end sprayer, backpack sprayer, handheld pump sprayer, mist blower, ground sprayer, power sprayer, or truck-mounted hydraulic sprayer.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much ProCare Bifen 7.9 Insecticide to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. Find the square footage by measuring the treatment area's length and width in feet, then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For a perimeter treatment use 0.33 to 1.0 fl. oz. of ProCare Bifen 7.9 Insecticide per 1 gallon of water per 1,000 sq. ft. To treat the lawn apply 0.25 to 1.0 fl. oz. of product with 2 gallons of water per 1,000 sq. ft. Refer to the product label for specific application rates and restrictions.
- Step 2: Fill the sprayer tank halfway with water. Add the measured amount of ProCare Bifen 7.9. Fill the tank with the remaining water and agitate until the solution is mixed.
- Step 3: For perimeter applications, apply the solution to building exteriors, including siding, foundations, porches, window frames, eaves, patios, and garages. Spray at least 3 feet high on the foundation and 6 to 10 feet wide on the ground adjacent to it. For lawns, treat the bottom and top of grass leaves until wet, but not to the point of runoff. You may make a second application in 5-7 days after the first treatment.
Where to Use
ProCare Bifen 7.9 Insecticide can be used indoors and outdoors on residential, institutional, public, commercial, and industrial buildings, greenhouses, animal confinement facilities/livestock premises, kennels, food handling establishments, and lawns, ornamentals, parks, recreational areas, and athletic fields.
When to Use
Apply when pest infestations are present or before they occur. Do not make outdoor applications when rainfall is expected to occur within the next 24 hours after application.
