Monterey Weed Whacker Jet Spray, manufactured by Monterey, is an economical post-emergent herbicide aerosol that kills the broadleaf weed down through the root without harming the lawn.

Formulated as a convenient aerosol, this product will spread the three-active ingredient based foam onto weeds such as dandelions, curly dock, and flea bane resulting in death within 3 weeks.

Monterey Weed Whacker Jet Spray offers easy spot-treatment of weeds as they appear on warm-seasoned and cool-seasoned turf with its ready-to-use formulation.

Tools Needed

No application tools are necessary since it comes ready to use.

How to Use

  • Step 1: Shake can just before using and occasionally during use.
  • Step 2: Invert can, hold at arm’s length, and point can at weed as you press button. Do not press button when can is in upright position.
  • Step 3: Stand close to weed (1 to 2 feet) with can aimed at weed and away from face.
  • Step 4: Push down briefly on button. Spray to cover center of weed, do not over-spray. The spray’s foaming action will make it easy for you to see coverage.
  • Step 5: One application will kill most weeds listed. If certain tough weeds are not dead within 3 weeks, repeat application.
