Misting System 55 Gallon Reservoir Lid And Ring

This part is a replacement piece for misting system drum units. This unit includes the lid and seal ring, and will fit most drum reservoirs.

Tools Needed:

This lid does not require any additional tools to replace.

How to Use:

• Step 1: While wearing gloves, remove the top housing on the lid, including any tubes and intakes that enter the barrel through the lid.
• Step 2: Unclasp the metal ring around the lid and lift away the old lid.
• Step 3: Place the new lid in place and secure it using the metal ring clamp.
• Step 4: Ensure that the new lid is secure then reinstall the tubing and intakes into the lid, replacing the top housing.

Where to Use:

This lid is intended for use with misting system 55 gallon drum units.

When to Use:

Use this product when the old lid has become too worn, damaged, or compromised in some way that hinders performance. 

Safety Information:

This product does not have any harmful chemicals on its own, but there may be left over chemical residue in the drum unit if it has not been cleaned and maintained properly. You should wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) whenever you are performing maintenance or replacing components of the misting system.

Special Considerations:

If the lid is not installed properly it can cause leaks in the drum unit, or damage the top housing components when reinstalled, so extra care should be taken when replacing these components.
