Invade Bio Foam, manufactured by Rockwell Labs, is a non-toxic cleaning product designed to remove organic material from food preparation areas without leaving behind harsh chemicals or fumes.

This easy to use sanitization product has foaming capabilities, which helps to remove build-up, odors, and scum in kitchen drains, cracks, or crevices without harming septic systems or municipal water treatment operations. Once mixed, this cleaning agent readily expands in its foam form without running off treated areas such as food and non-food areas within commercial, residential, or industrial setting.

Invade Bio Foam super concentrated foaming formula contains natural microbes, citrus oils, and foam, to work fast on organic build up and replaces foul odors with a fresh scent.

Tools Needed

There are no tools needed to apply Invade Bio Foam, but it may be used with a hand foamer, power foamer, or hose-end foamer.

How to Use

  • Step 1: Mix 1 oz. of Invade Bio Foam into 1 quart of water or 4 oz of product per 1 gallon of water. Do not blend with bleach, acid or caustic cleaners, disinfectants or antimicrobial products.
  • Step 2: Apply foam to surfaces, cracks, crevices, drains and other areas with organic build up. You could also pour directly into drains.
  • Step 3: Wait until foam has completely dissipated, which can take a couple of hours. However, treated areas with foam should be left alone and not washed up. Typical applications require treatment once or twice a month. When intentionally treating direct food contact surfaces such as conveyor lines or other processing areas, apply the product and let sit for as long as possible (a minimum of a few hours for best effectiveness) and then wash down the treated areas and apply steam or a chemical disinfectant prior to resuming food contact use.

Where to Use

Invade Bio Foam can be applied to surfaces, cracks, crevices, drains and other areas with organic build up. InVade may be used in both food and non-food areas in commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, agricultural, educational and other establishments, as well as transport vehicles (planes, trains, autos, boats, ships). InVade will not harm septic systems. Prime areas to treat include under equipment, peeling away baseboards, beverage line bundles, beverage fountain drip trays, and voids around dishwashers and tray conveyors.

This product may also be applied to outdoor areas such as under, around and inside dumpsters and other areas such as the adjacent concrete pad where organic matter tends to accumulate.

Do not apply to unsealed wood.

When to Use

Use Invade Bio Foam when you are smelling foul odors or when you need to do a proper sanitation of labeled areas.

Safety Information

Invade Bio Foam is safe to use around children and pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when mixing and applying this product.

If the product contacts a direct food contact surface, rinse thoroughly before resuming food contact.

Special Considerations

Several treatments may be necessary for complete results, especially when it comes to pouring the product down clogged drains.

Do not blend with bleach, acid or caustic cleaners, disinfectants or antimicrobial products.
