Hi-Yield Killzall Weed & Grass Killer is an easy to mix herbicide manufactured by VPG, made to control a large variety of annual or perennial weeds in residential and commercial lawns. It is ideal to use when preparing large sites for lawn renovation and edging landscapes.

This super concentrate product contains glyphosate a double-surfactant ultra formulation that immediately dries on plants to start working quickly. Once applied, Hi-Yield Killzall Weed & Grass Killer will systemically prevent the production of certain substances found within plants leading to withering and yellowing of treated foliage.

As a non-selective herbicide, Hi-Yield Killzall Weed & Grass Killer will eliminate any plant it touches, but will not reside in the soil. As a result, neighboring plants and foliage that have not been treated will not be harmed or cause the soil to become sterilized.

Tools Needed

To apply Hi-Yield Killzall Weed & Grass Killer you will need a backpack or handheld pump sprayer. For direct treatment of targeted weeds, we recommend using a handheld pump sprayer.

How to Use

Spraying weeds in pavement.

  • Step 1: Determine how much Hi-Yield Killzall Weed & Grass Killer to use by calculating the square footage of the treatment area. To find this, measure the length and width of the treatment area in feet and multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For best results, apply 2.5 oz. (5 tbs.) of Hi-Yield Killzall Weed & Grass Killer per 1 gallon of water per 300 sq. ft. Refer to the label for specific foliage application rates.
  • Step 2: To mix you will need to fill your sprayer with half the amount of measured water, add the appropriate amount of product, and the fill the sprayer the rest of the way with remaining amount of water. Close the sprayers lid and shake until mixture is even.
  • Step 3: Adjust the sprayer to a low fan setting. Directly spray the top of targeted weeds or perform a spot treatment to avoid spraying desired foliage. Once your foliage has been treated be careful to avoid mowing, cut, or otherwise disturb treated vegetation for at least 7 days following application.
