Harris Egg Kill and Resistant Bed Bug Killer, manufactured by PF Harris, is a odorless liquid product that works effectively by combining 3 active ingredients phenothrin 0.40%, n-Octyl bicycloheptene dicarboximide 1.00%, and imidacloprid 0.05% to quickly knockdown bed bugs and eggs when sprayed.

This ready to spray product uses a combination of quick kill and long-lasting residual control for pyrethroid resistant bed bugs or eggs that not yet hatched for up to 16 weeks after initial application. When applied this odorless material leaves no visual residue or damages to fabric of residential furniture when used according to the product label instructions.

Harris Egg Kill and Resistant Bed Bug Killer comes ready to use in a gallon sized container with an attached trigger sprayer.

How to Use

  • Step 1: Cover all food preparation, eating surfaces, and utensils before application. Remove all clothes and other articles from dressers or clothes closets before application. Exposed food should be covered or removed. You will also need to remove pets, birds, and cover fish aquariums before spraying.
  • Step 2: Shake the Harris Egg Kill and Resistant Bed Bug Killer well before each use. Hold with applicator aimed away from you. Twist nozzle on Harris Egg Kill and Resistant Bed Bug Killer sprayer tip to adjust spray patterns. Spray approved surfaces from a distance of 8 to 10 inches until slightly damp. You may directly spray bed bugs if present.
  • Step 3: Allow sprayed articles and surfaces to dry thoroughly before using or replacing bedding. After application has dried ensure that all bedding, pillow cases, food preparation surfaces, eating surfaces, utensils, and linens are washed. Reapply when 16 weeks have passed after first application.

Where to Use

Use Harris Egg Kill and Resistant Bed Bug Killer only as a spot treatment or crack and crevice application in residences. Apply as a spot treatment to cracks and crevices and/or harborages, where evidence of bed bug occurs, including bed frames, box springs, inside empty drawers, furniture and clothes closet, carpet edges, high and low wall moldings, behind headboards, pictures, wallpaper edges, and seams and pockets of luggage.

Do not make surface applications to mattresses or beddings. Mattress treatments must be limited to seams, folds, and edges only. Do not treat pillows, bedding, or clothing.

When to Use

Harris Egg Kill and Resistant Bed Bug Killer should be used when bed bug activity continues after traditional pesticide or pyrethroid products applications. Typically, bed bugs are most active during the summer and fall months so applications prior to this time frame are recommended.
