The Hannay Reel Roller Guide, manufactured by Hannay Reels, is a roller guide assembly designed for both Manual and Electric Hannay Hose reels from the 1520 series.

The roller guide is an essential component of the hose reel system as it helps keep the hose in front of the reel, making it easy to pull the hose out smoothly during jobs without damaging or twisting the hose or damaging the vehicle.

The Hannay Reel Roller Guide is made from durable steel and comes with mounting brackets and mounting hardware for easy installation.

Tools Needed

To install the Hannay Reel Roller Guide you will need a 3/8" socket wrench to mount it onto your Hannay 1520 Series Hose reel.

How to Use

• Step 1: Start by installing the Left and Right vertical steel brackets onto the Hose Reel Frame using four 3/8" bolts and nuts.
• Step 2: Install the horizontal cross-member piece between the two brackets using two of the provided mounting blocks and two 3/8" bolts and nuts. Make sure to align the cross-member properly.
• Step 3: Install the top and bottom horizontal rollers using the mounting blocks and remaining nuts and bolts and then tighten the fasteners.
• Step 4: After the roller guide is correctly attached and aligned, you are ready to install the hose to the reel.

The Hannay Reel Roller Guide is made specifically for the Hannay Reels 1520 Series Hose Heels (both Manual and Electric Rewind) as part of a a professional pesticide skid sprayer set up.

When to Use

The Hannay roller guide comes in handy when you are rolling out hose and want a clean straight pull-out to prevent damage to the hose, twisting or potential hose rub damage to your vehicle during a large volume spraying application.
