Whether you're covering large ground surfaces or focusing on targeted zones, this flexibility enhances effectiveness and makes it easier to manage flies in high-pressure environments.
Tools Needed
You don't need any tools, as they can easily be sprinkled onto surfaces directly from the container, but you could use a hand spreader if you wish.
If you are going to use a fly bait station, you must use a total of 4.
How to Use
- Step 1: Observe and note the areas where you have noticed fly activity. Then measure the square footage of the treatment area to find out how much Golden Malrin Fly Bait ot use. To find the square footage, measure the treatment area's length and width in feet, then multiply them together (length x width = square footage). The use rate for Golden Malrin Fly Bait is 4 oz. per 500 sq. ft. To use in fly bait stations, add 1 oz. of product to each of 4 bait stations and space the 4 stations as equally as possible within a 500 sq. ft. treatment area.
- Step 2: Begin scattering the bait directly from the container onto dry surfaces low to the ground. Alternatively, you can place the bait in a bait station. Input a small amount of bait, around 1 oz, in each station. Secure them 4 feet above the ground to keep animals, children, and pets away from the bait.
- Step 3: Reapply every 2 to 3 days to maintain adequate fly control.
