Endrun Turf Herbicide (2, 4-D Mecoprop Dicamba)
Endrun Herbicide is a post-emergent herbicide containing three effective active ingredients: 2,4-D, Mecoprop, and Dicamba. It can successfully control a wide range of broadleaf weeds on turfgrass, including Dandelion, Clover, Spurge, and many others.
03/14/26
Endrun Turf Herbicide, manufactured by Helena Chemical, is a selective post-emergent herbicide that controls a broad spectrum of broadleaf weeds on turf and ornamental lawns.
This product is easy to mix and use. Plants quickly absorb the three-way mixture of Dicamba, 2,4-D, and MCPP through their roots and interfere with the broadleaf weed's growth hormones, resulting in control in a short amount of time.
Endrun is also pre-loaded with surfactant, making the formula even more effective in sticking to plants and improving uptake.
Tools Needed
To use Endrun Turf Herbicide, you will need a hand-held sprayer, backpack sprayer, or professional spray rig.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Endrun Herbicide you will need for your application by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure the length and width of the target area in feet and multiply the two values (length x width = square footage). For small applications, Endrun can be applied at a rate of 1.1 to 1.5 fl. oz. of product per 1,000 sq. ft. in 0.5 to 5.0 gallons of water. Applying 3 to 4 pints of Endrun per acre for large-volume applications in 5 to 220 gallons of water. For example, if you calculated a treatment area of 2,000 square, you would need to use 2.2 to 3.0 fl oz. in 1 to 10 gallons of water.
- Step 2: Once you have properly measured your area and determined how much Endrun you need, you are ready to create your solution. Fill your sprayer halfway with water, then add the required amount of herbicide to the tank. Replace the cap and agitate by shaking the sprayer until the Endrun solution is thoroughly mixed.
- Step 3: Apply the Endrun mixture to the target weeds you wish to treat. For best results, thoroughly cover the weeds with spray, preferably on a fan nozzle setting for even coverage.
Where to Use
Endrun Turf Herbicide is designed for use to control broadleaf weeds on sod farms, turf areas, and ornamental sites such as around hospitals, nursing homes, schools, museums, libraries, sports facilities, golf courses, and office buildings. Ornamental sites include turfgrass established around residences, parks, streets, retail outlets, cemeteries, and industrial and institutional buildings. Finally, residential/domestic sites are defined as areas associated with the household or home life, including, but not limited to, apartment complexes, condominiums, and patient care areas of nursing homes, mental institutions, hospitals, or convalescent homes.
When to Use
Apply when weeds are young and growing since they are most vulnerable. Use this product on a calm day where wind speeds are lower than 15 mph, and the temperature does not exceed 85 degrees Fahrenheit.
Safety Information
Endrun Turf Herbicide is safe to use around children and pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when mixing and applying this product.
Do not allow people or pets to enter treatment areas until the spray has dried or the dust has settled.
