DynaTrap XL Mosquito Trap, manufactured by Woodstream, is a extra large insect trap featuring two energy sufficient bulbs that lasts up to 4 months each for continued outdoor protection without becoming ineffective from weather conditions like rain.

To protect properties as large as one acre this product contains 3 levels of protection. The first level has two UV fluorescent bulbs that generates a warm light, attracting insects. Second level contains a titanium dioxide-coated surface that produces irresistible carbon dioxide that mosquitoes cannot resist. On the third level, the pests that come into contact with the product are quickly and quietly sucked in by the powerful yet whisper-like fan. Once pests are captured by the fan they are detained in the large retaining cage where they dehydrate and die.

DynaTrap XL Mosquito Trap offers a simple yet effective means of insect control without the use of additional attractants or toxic pesticide material.

DynaTrap XL Mosquito Trap comes ready to use with its two included 6 watt UV bulbs, 10 ft. 110V cord, and cleaning brush.

How to Use

• Step 1: Examine the areas where pests are most active and make sure that is has access to standard 120V outlet. Wipe surface if wet.
• Step 2: Remove DynaTrap XL Mosquito Trap from package. Save this packaging for off-season storage if desired.
• Step 3: If hanging the DynaTrap XL Mosquito Trap, place is approximately 3-6 feet above floor or ground for increase chances of pest capture and ease of cleaning. This product can also be placed on the floor or ground. It is recommended to place the product at least 10 to 20 feet away from where people will be sitting.
• Step 4: Plug cord into an outdoor outlet or UL listed extension cord as described in "IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS" on the product label.
• Step 5: Turn power switch to "ON" position. The switch is located under the upper housing near the light bulbs. For best catch results, leave the product on at all times, except when cleaning or servicing. Catch rate will be higher at night, to increase success place this product away from competing light sources.
• Step 6: Clean the DynaTrap XL Mosquito Trap at least once a week. Remove the retaining cage by twisting clockwise and clean any build up from the inside of the trap with the included brush. When replacing the retaining cage, DO NOT press or push against the screen windows. Do not clean this product with water spray.
• Step 7: To disconnect DynaTrap XL Mosquito Trap for cleaning or other servicing means then turn all controls to the off ("0") position, then remove plug from outlet.

Where to Use

Use DynaTrap XL Mosquito Trap in outdoor locations with access to a circuit that is protected by a ground-fault circuit-interrupter (GFCI). Place this product 10 to 20 feet away from where people will be sitting.

Do not position this unit near heat, gas, oil, other flammable materials, in water or other liquids.

When to Use

DynaTrap XL Mosquito Trap can be used during the day and night at any point of the season. Apply at the beginning of season to better control insect populations.
