Cyonara Home & Garden
Cyonara Home & Garden is an easy-to-use broad-spectrum insecticide that controls a wide variety of outdoor insects in vegetables, ornamentals, and the exterior of homes for up to 8 weeks.
12/24/25
Cyonara Home & Garden (formerly Cyonara Lawn & Garden), manufactured by CSI, is a broad-spectrum insecticide that fights and repels various mosquitoes, ants, fleas, sod webworms, and other types of insects from around your home.
This liquid-formulated product is designed with 0.5% lamba-cyhalothrin to provide a wider and stronger control of insect pests. Once pests encounter this product's material, their central nervous system becomes overstimulated, leading to paralysis and eventual death.
Cyonara Lawn & Garden may only be used outside of the home, but with one application, your property will be protected and treated up to 16,000 sq. ft. It provides fast, reliable results with minimal effort. With up to 8 weeks of protection, broad-spectrum pest control, and safe application, it’s the kind of product that makes your home and ornamentals pest-free while keeping your plants healthy and vibrant.
Tools Needed
You will need to use either a backpack sprayer or a handheld pump sprayer.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Cyonara Lawn & Garden to use by calculating the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure the treatment area's length and width in feet and multiply (length X width = square footage). For perimeter applications, use 0.5 fl. oz. of Cyonara Home & Garden per 1 gallon of water to treat 250 sq. ft. To treat ornamental trees, shrubs, and flowers, mix 0.25 or 0.5 fl. oz. of product per 1 gallon of water to treat 250 sq. ft. For listed vegetables, apply 0.5 fl. oz. of product per 1 gallon of water per 300 sq. ft. Refer to the product label for specific application rates and restrictions.
- Step 2: Fill your selected sprayer halfway with the required amount of water, add the measured amount of product, and then fill the rest of the way with the remaining amount of water. Close the lid to the sprayer tank lid and shake to ensure an even agitation.
- Step 3: Apply thoroughly as a foliar cover spray to both sides of plant leaves and all plant surfaces where insects are present. For perimeter applications, spray 2 feet up the structure and 3 feet out on the ground adjacent to the foundation.
Where to Use
Cyonara Home & Garden is meant for outdoor use around the home only. This product may be applied to ornamental plants next to building foundations, to surfaces of porches, buildings, screens, overhangs, window frames, garages, patios, around vents and door frames, ornamental trees, shrubs, flowers, and vegetables (lettuce head and leaf, onion bulb, garlic, tomato, and tomatillo).
When to Use
Use at the beginning of pest activities or when first noticed. Typically, this will be at the beginning or end of spring (May) and summer (from July to October). Apply this product in calm weather when rain is not predicted for the next 24 hours to ensure wind or rainfall does not blow away from the treatment area.
Safety Information
Cyonara Home & Garden is safe to use around children or pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when applying or handling this product.
Do not allow children or pets into the treated areas until dry.
Special Considerations
Cyonara Home & Garden is non-staining on most home siding, depending on age and cleanliness. Prior to applying this product to areas that may contact home siding, test in a hidden area and recheck in a few hours.
