This fine powdered insecticide works against a wide range of pests, including slugs, gnats, Japanese beetles, and more within 2 days of application. To make it easier for applicators, Bonide Diatomaceous Earth Crawling Insect Killer can be applied as a dust or slurry to easily adhere to various surfaces in larger treatment areas to suit pest-control needs.

Tools Needed
This product can be applied with a hand duster, power duster, or other suitable means. You may also use a handheld pump sprayer if you decide to use this product in its slurry form.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Bonide Diatomaceous Earth Crawling Insect Killer to use by measuring the treatment area's square footage. Find the square footage by measuring the length and width of the treatment area in feet, then multiplying them together (length X width = square footage). Apply 2.5 oz. of Bonide Diatomaceous Earth Crawling Insect Killer per 100 sq. ft.
- Step 2: If you are using this product in its dust formulation, simply load the duster with the proper amount of dust as instructed in its manual. For wettable powder mixing formations, fill the container with water and add 1 lb. of this product. Close and shake the container for 15 seconds to disperse the product.
- Step 3: Lightly coat a thin layer of this product in areas where target pests are found and may hide such as cracks and crevices, behind and beneath refrigerators, cabinets, stoves, garbage cans, and in and around sewer pipes and drains, window frames and in attics and basements. Dust insects directly if possible. Repeat treatment if the product is inadvertently removed.

Do not apply to stuffed animals or toys.
