How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Black Onyx Lake Colorant to use by measuring the surface area acreage. To do this, measure the length, width, and depth of the waterbody, and then divide by 43,560 (length x width x depth / 43,560 = acre-feet). For large water bodies, apply 32-34 fl. oz. of Black Onyx Lake Colorant per surface-acre of water four (4) feet deep. For small water bodies, use 2 fl. oz. of product per 20,000 gallons of water.
- Step 2: Pour the Black Onyx Lake Colorant near the shorelines at various locations around the lake or pond to achieve the best coverage. Reapplications of this product will help maintain the desired water color throughout the season.
