AzaSol WSP
AzoSol WSP is an effective water-soluble, broad-spectrum pest control insecticide that provides eco-friendly, systemic and contact protection for trees, turf, ornamentals, and edible crops.
11/04/25
AzaSol WSP, manufactured by Arborjet, is an eco-friendly, non-oil based insecticide that provides professional-grade insect control without compromising values or the environment on various foliage and crops.
It is an organic insect growth regulator and repellent formulated from the neem tree seed extract, azadirachtin. It belongs to a class of botanical insecticides and is OMRI-listed for organic use. But unlike traditional neem oil products, AzaSol has zero oily residue. That means no clogging sprayers, no staining, and no risk of burning sensitive plant tissue.
AzaSol WSP works as a growth regulator, antifeedant, and insect repellent that controls a broad-spectrum of pests on edible crops, trees, shrubs, and more. If you’re tired of juggling efficacy, safety, and sustainability, AzaSol WSP brings you the best of all worlds. It’s a non-toxic insecticide that works fast, lasts long, and keeps your plants and conscience clean.
Tools Needed
It can be applied with a hand held trigger type sprayer, fogging equipment, backpack sprayer, or handheld pump sprayer.
To get thorough spray coverage on waxy or pubescent plant surfaces the addition of small amount of a suitable sticker agent (such as NuFilm P) can be added.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much AzaSol WSP to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. Find the square footage by measuring the treatment area's length and width in feet, then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For turfgrass, apply 1 tbsp. of AzaSol WSP in 2 to 3 gallons to treat 2,500 sq. ft. A general application for preventative treatments before signs of infestations, mix 1 tsp. of product per 1 gallon of water per 1,000 sq. ft. For preventative to medium infestations, use 2 to 3 tsp. of product per 1 gallon of water per 1,000 sq. ft. For difficult-to-manage pests or high infestations, mix 4 tsp of product per 1 gallon of water per 1,000 sq. ft. Refer to the product label for specific application rates and restrictions.
- Step 2: Add half the recommended amount of water. Carefully open mylar packet and dispense the powder into the water. Pour in the remaining half of the water and stir until mixed.
- Step 3: Make sure that the spray covers the upper, lower, and all surfaces of leaves, fruit, and twigs. For optimum results, 2 to 3 applications made at 7 to 10 day intervals is recommended, unless otherwise specified.
