Free Shipping on All Orders

The Advance Termite Bait Station contains a wood food source and an inspection cartridge for detecting subterranean termites.

Target Pests

Subterranean Termites

For Use In

In the soil

The Advance Termite Bait station has ultra low disturbance design means less termite abandonment of the station.

Easy Installation:

We would suggest either to rent a four inch auger(the easiest way) or install the stations with a post hole digger or shovel. These termite bait stations are designed for easy termite access.A preferred wood species with horizontal grooves in the base of the station allow easy termite access into the termite stations. The stations also contain Puri-CellT Compressed Cellulose Tablets a unique wood feeding source for termites

Monitor the stations on a quarterly basis look for termite activity inside the termite bait station. Once you do have termite activity you replace the Termite Inspection Cartridge with theTermite Bait Cartridge. Quick transfer from wooden termite monitoring base allows for less disturbance of termites actively feeding on the wooden base letting the termites recruit other termites for feeding on the stations.

Application

Always read the product label completely before use.

1. Install Advance Bait Stations (including the wood base and termite monitoring cartridge) into the ground every 10-20 feet around the perimeter of the structure. Stations should be placed 2-4 feet away from the foundation, but not directly under the drip line from the roof of the structure. To dig holes for the stations, use a 2 3/4 in. hand or electric auger or post hole digger. The cavity for each station should extend 2 to 4 in. below the stations’ housing to allow excess moisture to drain.

2. Monitor stations every 90 days for termite activity. A Termite Bait Station Spider Tool (sold separately) will easily open each station. A cotter pin hand tool or small pliers make removal of the cartridges easy.

3.  If termite activity is present, replace the Termite Inspection Cartridge with a termite bait cartridge, like the Advance Termite Bait Cartridge. (Be sure to remove the plastic wrapper from the TBC before placing inside the station.)

4. Inspect active bait stations every 90 days to see if termite activity has stopped. When activity stops, replace the Termite Bait Cartridge with a Termite Inspection Cartridge. Repeat process as needed.

5. Replace the wood bases and Termite Inspection Cartridges every 12 months for best results. Wood that is soggy or moldy should be replaced as soon as possible.

Each station includes one wood Termite Monitoring Base and one Termite Inspection Cartridge.

Coverage Area

1 station, place about 10-20 feet apart, 2-3 feet from the foundation

Time to Kill

Once termites begin feeding, there is enough bait to kill two to eight times the average colony size and is nearly three times the bait load of the leading competitive product

Eliminate Termites With The Advance Termite Bait Station

What makes baits highly effective for treating termites? Let's take a closer look:

Baits provide long term protection of your home through a system of monitoring stations that are constantly on guard for termite colonies around your home. Advance Termite Bait monitoring stations introduces a bait matrix with a special active ingredient designed to be carried back and spread to the other colony members to kill the entire colony.

Advance Termite Bait have been found to be a very effective control method under real-world conditions and is less intrusive than other termite solutions. These baits do not require drilling of the foundation with the resulting dust, noise, disruption and liability. This makes the Advance Bait System is both family and environmentally friendly.

Advance Termite Bait Stations are sold in a kit and it comes with the stations, bait cartridges and what's known as a spider tool which is used to open up the bait stations.

NOTE - The Advance Bait System is a preventative treatment. The produce is meant to go around your home and intercept termites that are in your yard coming towards your house. If you already have termites in your home, this product is not going to work. Advance Bait Stations are meant to lure termites which haven't infested your home yet with bait.

If you do have an active infestation of termites, we recommend using termite control products such as Reclaim IT or Dominion 2L and create a termite barrier treatment, you can find these in our Guaranteed Termite Control Kit.

What Makes a Successful Bait Station?

A successful termite bait system should be easy to access by worker termites, easy to service by a homeowner or technician, be of low disturbance when applying it to the environment and should provide sufficient food source for termites which is palatable to termites so the termite poison can spread to the most termites possible.

How the Advance Termite Bait Station Works

The Advanced Termite Bait Station is highly effective at eliminating entire termite colonies and offers superior killing power. This is because the station's design provides maximum wood to soil contact with a curved wooden termite monitor base which always remains in place. This creates easy access for termites into the station and serves as a stage for termite colonization in the station. Thus, more termites can easily access the station.

The system is created with compressed cellulose tablets with pure cell technology that are placed inside the termite inspection cartridge. This cartridge provides a second highly preferred food source that promotes the heavy recruitment of termites. Termites mark this site and return to it even if the cartridge has been eaten. Together, the dual stage system provides an ultra low disturbance feeding zone which is crticial to colony elimination. The station receives fast hard hits and provides proven colony elimination.

Once termites are determined to be in the station, the termite bait cartridge containing the active ingredient replaces the original cellulose cartridge with little disturbance and enough bait to swiftly eliminate the termite colony.
