Alpine Cockroach Gel Bait Rotation 2
Alpine Cockroach Gel Bait Rotation 2
Alpine Cockroach Gel Bait Rotation 2 is manufactured by BASF and formulated with dinotefuran to eliminate various types of roaches. This gel bait a part of a rotation program that is meant to be used 6 months after applying Alpine Cockroach Gel Bait Rotation 1. Alpine Cockroach Gel Bait Rotation 2 is made with different food attractants than its rotation 1 gel bait partner to prevent roaches from refusing the bait.
Alpine Cockroach Gel Bait Rotation 2 kills cockroaches with the same active ingredient as the rotation 1 formula and provides a secondary kill with nymphs that feed on the infected adult roaches. Alpine Cockroach Gel Bait Rotation 2 is a great weapon to use for an effective cockroach management program for the toughest cockroach infestations.
Tools Needed
Tools are not needed to apply Alpine Cockroach Gel Bait Rotation 2. We do recommend using index cards to apply bait in areas that are difficult to access, such as under appliances.
How to Use
- Step 1: When roach activity has been identified within 6 months after using Alpine Cockroach Gel Bait Rotation 1, remove all secondary food and water sources. Do not clean areas with soaps or cleaner that will be treated with the Alpine Gel. Wipe off counters and properly store all food items to prevent roaches from refusing the gel bait.
- Step 2: Remove the cap from the tip of the application tube and hold the tube like a syringe. With the thumb, push the applicator to make the gel come out slowly creating pea-sized dots.
- Step 3: We recommend placing pea-sized dots in the same areas where roaches have been seen. Application can be made in cracks and crevices, the corners of cabinets, and other areas listed on the label. Application of numerous pea-sized dots has shown to be more effective than applying a few large dots.
- Step 4: Reapply when the original applications can no longer be seen or if roach activity still occurs. For maximum results, every 6 months rotate with the Alpine Cockroach Gel Bait Rotation 1 product.
Where to Use
Alpine Cockroach Gel Bait Rotation 2 can be used indoors and outdoors of residential, commercial, and industrial areas. It is ideal to make applications in kitchens and bathrooms where roaches find food and water source. Alpine Cockroach Gel Bait is great for treating cracks and crevices around baseboards, cabinets, under sinks, and in the corner of drawers in the kitchen and bathroom.
Apply Alpine Cockroach Gel Bait Rotation 2 to outdoor areas around doorways, windows, porches, screens, garages, and other areas to prevent roaches from coming indoors.
Do not place Alpine Cockroach Gel Bait Rotation 2 on surfaces that have been sprayed with repellent or surfaces as this may cause the bait to repel the roaches. Do not apply the gel bait to areas that touch utensils or food.
When to Use
Alpine Cockroach Gel Bait Rotation 2 is meant to be used 6 months after using Alpine Cockroach Gel Bait Rotation 1, as soon as cockroaches are seen to prevent a severe infestation from developing due to bait aversion. It is recommended to apply Alpine Cockroach Gel Bait around outdoor areas before they come indoors.
Safety Information
Alpine Cockroach Gel Bait Rotation 2 is safe to use around children and pets when applied according to the product label. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when applying Alpine Cockroach Gel Bait Rotation 2.
Special Considerations
Alpine Cockroach Gel Bait Rotation 1 is sold separately. Alpine Cockroach Gel Bait Rotation 2 works best when used 6 months after applying Alpine Cockroach Gel Bait Rotation 1 as an effective program that prevents roaches from avoiding the bait. You can use it on its own if you wish, but for severe infestations, rotations are a wise strategy.
