Actisol Dual Voltage Compact Unit
Teh Actisol Dual Voltage Compact Unit is a professional ULV sprayer that runs on either standard 110V power or a rechargeable 24V battery, giving techs the flexibility to treat jobs with or without an outlet nearby.
The Actisol Dual Voltage Compact Aerosol Unit, manufactured by Actisol, is an excellent tool for pest control technicians to kill household pests hiding indoors.
This unit combines a small volume of insecticide with a constant air pressure, which becomes atomized in the special nozzle at the end of the Actisol wand. This product helps you reach target insects in deep harborages, cracks, and crevices that may be much further hidden than other target pests you could achieve with standard equipment.
What sets this unit apart is its dual-voltage design. Plug it into a standard 110V grounded outlet, or run it cordless on the included 24V 4Ah battery for about an hour of continuous use per charge, ideal for jobs where an outlet isn't convenient. The battery recharges in roughly 120 minutes and includes a USB-C port for charging other devices in the field. Note that the unit itself doesn't charge the battery, and only one power source can be used at a time.
The Actisol Compact Dual Voltage Unit has a coiled 15-foot application hose, the ideal length for light commercial and residential accounts. It's available with a 12" or 18" wand for easy application in hard-to-reach places. For professional-quality spraying that will reach insects like roaches, ants, bed bugs, and stored product pests where they're hiding, this unit will not disappoint.
Tools Needed
You will need to load an insecticide into the tank.
How To Use
- Step 1: Fill the tank with water and mix the solution according to the label directions for the insecticide concentrate. Fill to 20 oz. only. Check the instruction manual for additional details.
- Step 2: Power the unit either by plugging it into a 110V electrical outlet or by attaching the charged 24V battery, then switch on the power to pressurize the tank. Purge air bubbles from the system to prevent the cutoff of insecticide flow by turning off the unit, pointing the applicator tip into the container of your selected insecticide, and pulling the trigger until a pin stream flows for approximately 30 seconds. Then switch the unit back on to begin use.
- Step 3: Adjust the pressure regulator knob found on top of the cabinet on the compact unit. Adjust by lifting the plastic lock ring and turning the knob clockwise to increase pressure to desired levels. Operating pressure ranges from 7-17 PSI.
- Step 4: Apply deep into harborages by placing the applicator tip against the treated area and depressing the trigger to apply insecticide. Release the trigger to allow the unit's constant airflow to push the insecticide particles deep into crevices where insects hide.
Where To Use
The Actisol Compact Dual Voltage Unit is designed for deep harborage applications indoors in residential and commercial kitchens and other areas where insects infest, such as switch plates, electric receptacles, ceiling and wall voids, cabinets, baseboards, and decorative trim.
When To Use
Use the unit when you have a light to heavy-sized insect infestation inside a commercial or residential building, including bed bugs, stored product pests, ants, bees, cockroaches, and termites.
Safety Information
Actisol Compact Dual Voltage Unit is safe to operate as long as done according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE), including an approved respirator, when operating and handling this product.
