The 3/8" x 1/4" Reducer Plug is designed to be inserted into 3/8" fittings to transform the opening from 3/8" down to 1/4". May be needed in some cases when running tubing around a property when installing a Misting System.

Tools Needed

To install the 3/8" x 1/4" Reducer Plug you may need some teflon tape to use as a sealant and a crescent wrench may also be helpful.

How to Use

  • Step 1: In your existing System nozzle and tubing setup, locate the areas where you would like to use the reducer.
  • Step 2: Once found, simply push to connect the reducer plug to the 3/8 fitting to allow for 1/4" tubing to be able to go through the line.

Where to Use

The 3/8" x 1/4" Reducer Plug can be fitted anywhere along the tubing line where you would like to allow 1/4" tubing to go through.

When to Use

The 3/8" x 1/4" Reducer Plug is great to use when you want to run a tube through and want to convert the opening from 3/8" down to 1/4" to be able to run tubing through when setting up a run for your system.
