The 3/8" Union Elbow is designed to connect one section of tubing at a right angle to an existing run. Install a union elbow when you are looking to make a sharp turn on your tubing line.
Tools Needed
To install the 3/8" Union Elbow you won't necessarily need tools for this part as it can easily snap in, but you may need tubing, clamps and tube cutters when making new additions to your existing line.
How to Use
- Step 1: Measure the length of tubing needed and locate the tees where you would like to place the 3/8" Union Elbow.
- Step 2: Use the tubing cutter to cut the tubing in the exact area where the 3/8" Union Elbow will be fitted.
- Step 3: Press the tubing firmly into the elbow and screw it to the surface area to secure the nozzle in place.
- Step 4: Test to make sure there are no leaks between connecting the 3/8" Union Elbow to the tubing and then continue to put together your run until complete.
Where to Use
The 3/8" Union Elbow can be fitted anywhere along the tubing line at the end of the line or when your run needs to cut a sharp corner. Using a union elbow is most useful around fence gates, rises and drops in line height, and turning corners on eaves and fences.
When to Use
The 3/8" Union Elbow is great to use when you have a larger installation area for your Moquito Misting System.

3/8" Union Elbow are safe to use around humans and pets. Be sure to adjust the nozzles so that mosquito control products are not being sprayed directly people or pets.

3/8" is recommended to be used instead of standard 1/4" when transiting beyond 25' without nozzles.
