Tools Needed
You will need to use a trigger sprayer, handheld pump sprayer, backpack sprayer, or hose-end sprayer.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Monterey Garden Insect Spray to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure the length and width in feet then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). General applications will use 2 oz. of Monterey Garden Insect Spray per 1 gallon of water. On vegetables, do not use more than 3 gallons of spray for 1,000 sq. ft. of area. Use at least 3 gallons of spray for 1,000 sq. ft. for lawns, which would come out to 6 oz. of product. Refer to the label for specific application rates.
- Step 2: Fill the sprayer with half the amount of water, add measured amount of Monterey Garden Insect Spray, then pour in the remaining half of water. Shake until well mixed.
- Step 3: Spray the top and bottom of the leaves with Monterey Garden Insect Spray to the point of runoff.
