The Hypro Pressure Gauge 0-300 is a liquid glycerin-filled pressure guage which can measure the pressure of your spraying rig system from 0 to 300 psi.It is recommended for reducing shock waves caused by pressure and or vibration fluctuations and is highly recommended addition to a professional pesticide sprayer. It has a 1/4" NPT brass connection.
If your gauge is not reading your system's pressure properly, use this gauge to repair your system. The Pressure gauge is easy to install and is an essential part of your pesticide spraying rig setup to monitor your sprayer pressure.
Tools Needed
To install the Hypro Pressure Gauge you will need an adjustable wrench, reducing coupler, 1/4" Gauge Dampener and a Universal Isolator Kit.
How to Use
- Step 1: Make sure your pump is powered down and then use the wrench to remove the old faulty pressure gauge.
- Step 2: Using the accompanied tools, install the new pressure gauge and tighten it in place using the adjustable wrench.
- Step 3: Power on the Spraying rig and test out the sprayer pressure and check if the gauge is making a proper reading.
Where to Use
The Hypro Pressure Gauge is made specifically for the Hypro Piston and Roller Pumps and can measure from 0 to 300 psi.
When to Use
Replace the pressure gauge if your gauge is not reading the pressure from the piston or roller pump properly.

Special Considerations
Make sure you are getting the right pressure gauge for your Hypro Pump. If your Pump can apply more than 300 PSI of pressure, this would not be a good choice to accurately read your pump's pressure.
