Dekko Silverfish Paks, manufactured by Dekko, are effective silverfish bait paks that control indoor silverfish infestations.
Each bait station packet has a corrugated interior, much like cardboard. Dekko Silverfish Paks are designed to mimic the environment silverfish like to inhibit, so they are more tempted to explore the packet.
Inside is a glue impregnated with boric acid that silverfish like to feed on. They share the boric acid amongst their group, eventually dying off, leading to complete elimination.
Dekko Silverfish Paks have a four-month residual, so the packs can continue killing long after they are placed down. This is an excellent "set it and forget it" method of addressing silverfish.
Tools Needed
This product comes pre-treated and ready to use immediately; no other tools are needed.
How to Use
- Step 1: Open the package and put 2 to 3 packs in areas where you have seen silverfish activity. Two to three packs will cover 100 square feet or any enclosed space, such as a pantry.
- Step 2: Wait several days to check on silverfish activity. Reapply as needed. Complete control may take 3 to 4 weeks.
- Step 3: Replace packs quarterly for preventative control.
Where to Use
For best results, place Dekko Silverfish Paks strategically around your home. Silverfish prefer dark, damp places like bathroom cabinets, pantries, dressers, and attics.
When to Use
Use when you have discovered silverfish activity in or around your home. Silverfish can appear any time of the year, especially around the spring and summer months. Silverfish activity can also indicate that you may need to address moisture issues around the home.

Special Considerations
Dekko Silverfish Packs come in a box with 24 individual baits. Do not crush or open the packets, as the bait is mixed in a glue-like substance and applied to the contours inside the pack.
While Dekko Silverfish Paks are effective, most active infestations cannot be controlled with one product. They also don't have an instant kill.
