As a dust: Apply using a bellows or other appropriate duster.

As a liquid: Apply with a handheld pump sprayer. 

As a foam: Use a foam application equipment. 

As a mop: Use a chemical measuring cup, bucket, and a mop. 

How to Use

• Step 1: Inspect your pest problem and observe where they are active so you know where to focus your treatment. Determine how much BorActin Insecticide Powder to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure the length and width of the treatment area in feet then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For dust applications, use 1 lb. of BorActin Insecticide Powder per 1,000 sq. ft. For liquid applications, mix 1 lb. of product per gallon of water per 1,000 sq. ft. For mop applications, mix one cup of product per gallon of mop water. Refer the label for specific application rates and restrictions. 
• Step 2: Fill the duster with the proper amount of BorActin Insecticide Powder as instructed in its manual. To mix as a liquid for handheld pump sprayer and mop equipment simply pour in half the amount of water. Then add the proper amount of product and the remaining half of water. Agitate the container until it is well-mixed. 
• Step 3: Lightly dust the BorActin Insecticide Powder into cracks, crevices, and voids in labeled areas. Ensure that no powder is visible in living areas after application. If any powder is left visible, it should be brushed into cracks and crevices or removed. For liquid applications, apply only a spot treatment unless you are using a sprayer in which you can perform crack and crevice treatments as well.

BorActin Insecticide Powder can be used in and around residential, multi-family, commercial, industrial, municipal, institutional, research, recreational, health care, educational, daycare, hospitality and agricultural buildings and other man-made structures, garages, transport vehicles, sewers, animal rearing and handling establishments, food handling and food processing establishments, poultry houses and new building construction.

When to Use

Use BorActin Insecticide Powder when you have a insect problem where the pests are crawling out of tight spaces and when other methods of control are not safe.
