04/02/26
Bonide Stump & Vine Killer Concentrate, manufactured by Bonide, is a unique triclopyr-based herbicide concentrate simplifies the process of managing unwanted stumps, vines, and brush around residential sites.
By preventing regrowth and targeting plants at the root, it offers a long-lasting, eco-friendly solution for maintaining your outdoor spaces. With its ready-to-use formula and precision applicator, this product is easy to use and delivers professional-grade results.
Bonide Stump & Vine Killer Concentrate is a cost-effective solution that saves homeowners the effort and time in removing stumps and vines within 1-6 weeks.
Tools Needed
It may be applied undiluted from the original container itself. However, if you want to perform a foliar spray application you will need a hose-end sprayer, backpack sprayer, or handheld pump sprayer.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Bonide Stump & Vine Killer Concentrate to use by measuring the treatment area's square footage. Find the square footage by measuring the treatment area's length and width in feet, then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For foliar spray applications, use 4-8 fl. oz. of Bonide Stump & Vine Killer Concentrate with 1 gallon of water to treat 500 sq. ft.
- Step 2: Fill the spray tank with half the amount of water, add the measured amount of product, then add in the remaining half of water. Close the tank lid and shake well until the solution is completely mixed. For stump treatments, leave the product undiluted in the original container itself.
- Step 3: To perform a foliar spray, simply treat the top and bottom of plant leaves until wet on a coarse spray pattern, but not to the point of runoff. To apply as a stump treatment, use the applicator top to completely cover the freshly cut surface with the undiluted product.
Where to Use
Bonide Stump & Vine Killer may be used outdoors around homes, cabins, fences, walkways, and other non-crop areas.
When to Use
Make applications when brush and weeds are actively growing with full leaf coverage.
Effectiveness may be reduced if rainfall occurs within 24 hours of application.
